Dragon Fruit

Dragon Fruit is used in a lot of delicious things, for example when you go to a starbucks there is a drink that incldes drangon fruit. Dragon fruit might be used for more sweet and savory things like a smoothie. You will start with the fruits. There are a lot of good fruits that go with Dragon Fruit like: bananas, berries, apple, dragon fruit, mango, kiwi, peaches, pineapple. The add some greens: kale, spinach, collard greens. If you want a little bit of more falvor you can add: lemon, mint, turmeric, ginger, lime, honey, vanilla. Once you have all of that in a blender make sure to add some of your favorite liquids: your favorite milk, fruit juice, coconut water. Then blend for some minutes until you see the consistency.Then you have your smoothie!

Rumbutan

For rambutan we will be explaining how to make a rambutan cake for desert. First you peel the Rambutan skin off to every rambutan you have. Cut the round parts of the rambutan unitl you have slices of rambutan and not the middle part of it. Put a pot on the stove and turn the fire on. Pour 1 cup of the rambutan juice into a pot and add 1/2 cup of sugar into the pot as well. Then pour 2 1/2 cups of water into the pot. Put 1 packet of Agar-Agar powder (get some at safeway). Mix it until the rambutans are floating and the water looks white. After that put the rambutan into a bowl (without the water). Freeze it for a couple of minutes. While its freezing keep mixing the fluid you have in the pot. After a couple of minutes have passed, take it out of the freezer and pour the fluid into the pot with a strainer

Purple Carrots

Purple Carrots are just as delicous as regular carrots but they are more nutritious. This recipe is to make a purple carrot cake. First you grate the carrot until you have 9 ounces of grated carrot. Add 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of white sugar, 1 tespoon on lemon zest, 1 1/3 of all purpose flour, 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1/4 cup light vegetable oil, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. At the end you can add a little purple food coloring if you want a little color in the food.
